Friday 16th July 2021
For 2021 we are dedicated a whole day of ADAA Pro Masterclass and Seminar spaces for the benefit of dance teachers and educators. We programmed six of the major African dance companies who are referenced on the GCSE, BTEC and A Level syllabus to deliver exclusive teacher training.
Each company will deliver 75 minute practical masterclass based around the famous repertoire or iconic choreographer named within the formal education syllabus. Led by experts you learned key motifs and gained inspiration for practical tasks that can be taken back to the classroom.
Your workshop ticket includes automatic entry into the corresponding seminar so you can continue your experience by digging deeper into the themes, background, influences, context and staging of the work in conversation with the company. Each seminar will have different guests and different conversations and will be an excellent and exclusive opportunity to ask those burning questions!
